The Inquisite Survey 9.5 email relay feature can improve the deliverability of email messages by sending them through your organization's mail server. We do the work of generating the message content, then handing the message off to your server for delivery using Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) relay. By doing this, the message "envelope" originates from your server, similar to a message you send from a desktop email client such as Microsoft Outlook. It includes the specified headers and identification your server typically applies. Now your survey invitations will look like your organization's normal email, protecting against SPAM filtering, ensuring greater deliverability, and increasing response rates.
Particularly useful to SaaS customers, this feature allows you to send all Inquisite emails to a third party email server first, then have that server send the actual emails to the recipients. That third party could be your corporate server, or any number of commercial third parties that specialize in providing high delivery services.
