The Inquisite Multi-Language Kit (MLK) allows you to translate the phrases in an Inquisite survey into multiple languages, including languages that use multi-byte character sets such as Japanese and Chinese. Each language can have its own unique settings including character set, number format, and date format. Inquisite allows respondents to choose which language to take the survey in. Alternatively, survey administrators can specify the language for a respondent via the Inquisite Invitation Management system.
While Inquisite makes creating and administering surveys easy to do, some customers may opt for a certain amount of customization to better meet their unique needs. The Inquisite Software Development Kit (SDK) can help bridge the gap between what comes out of the box with Inquisite by providing an application programming interface (API) for use by web developers to facilitate advanced features.
The Inquisite Respondent Management Module (RMM) is a web-based application that adds business logic automation to Inquisite surveys. RMM allows you to import and filter data from your customer and employee databases to create custom panels of respondents, easily send out and re-open perpetual surveys, as well as trigger email alerts based on survey results automatically based on rules you set.
