At Inquisite, we understand the challenge of providing "best in-class" service to your important constituencies—customers, employees, partners, and investors. Knowing that your software needs are often deadline-sensitive, you will speak directly with our support personnel when you call our Service Center. We offer virtually immediate availability and superior first-call close rates. We value our customer’s time, and we strive to lower your overall cost of ownership by providing the most responsive customer support.

Customer Support is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST, excluding designated holidays, for licensed Inquisite customers with a valid Upgrade Assurance Agreement.

The Upgrade Assurance Agreement is the most cost effective option for obtaining upgrade enhancements, critical bug updates, minor fixes, and unlimited product support by email and telephone. When a maintenance release or enhancement upgrade becomes available during your support period, you will be notified by email with download instructions.

The agreement covers the most current major release. In addition, the previous major version is supported to allow customers to transition to the latest version of our software. Older product versions beyond the previous major version are not supported.

When contacting our Service Center, please have the following information available:

  • Serial number
  • Name
  • Company name
  • Email address
  • Telephone number

Upgrade Assurance Renewal

Prior to your support expiration date, you will be reminded with a renewal invoice. We advise renewing your agreement before its expiration to ensure uninterrupted service.
