Inquisite Launches Human Insight Management Solution
First-Of-Its-Kind Offering Bridges Employee Performance and Customer Insight for a Heightened Level of Business Intelligence
AUSTIN, TEXAS - April 23, 2007 - Inquisite, the human insight software company, today announced the general availability of its Human Insight Management (HIM) solution. The new HIM is comprised of the integration of two Inquisite products -- Survey System 8.0 and Employee Performance Management -- and links customer or employee survey results to performance appraisals and other management systems.

HIM integrates customer survey results with the performance appraisal of the employee providing that experience. More importantly, employees and managers will be able to check in at any time and see exactly how they are performing against objective criteria. Survey System 8.0 - New functionality in this Web-based survey system includes a Respondent Management Module that allows users to create customized panels by leveraging data from CRM, BI and HRMS databases. RMM allows respondents to provide feedback on an ongoing basis through individual portal Web pages, improving data quality and response rates, while eliminating the high cost and time associated with third-party panel providers. RMM is offered in multi-lingual formats and includes a Microsoft Office Excel™ plug-in to analyze and benchmark trends, opinions and perceptions over time. Additional enhancements include a Table of Contents for faster navigation and Calculated Fields for numeric entries.
Employee Performance Management - Inquisite's EAM is a new product that automates appraisal cycles, incorporates 360-degree feedback, and integrates with other management systems to build employee plans that align with corporate goals. HR professionals can easily create, conduct, manage and analyze employee performance using consistent and objective criteria. The online system is flexible enough to allow the capture of current practices, customization of rating scales and individual performance plans. The systems workflow engine makes it easy to set up and automate appraisal cycles, including reminders, for both employees and managers. For the first time, companies can measure organizational performance based on the satisfaction of customers, as well as merge transactional data from CRM, BI and HRMS systems with qualitative data from critical business audiences.
