Inquisite Survey Highlights Most Important Enterprise Survey Software Needs

AUSTIN, TEXAS - February 6, 2008 - Inquisite, the human insight software company, released the results of a recent survey highlighting the features most in demand for enterprise-level survey software. In an effort to gauge the surveying wants and needs of enterprise-level executives, Inquisite surveyed a sample of over 150 enterprise survey users and asked them to rank and rate the importance of a variety of features.

According to the survey, the top five features executives want from an enterprise survey solution are as follows:

  1. Enterprise Business Process Integration and Automation: 82 percent of respondents are interested in a survey application’s ability to integrate with existing business applications and automatically invite participants to take part in a survey based on business events.
  2. Dynamic Pre-and Post Data Population: 82 percent of respondents indicated interest in the ablility to integrate information from existing enterprise application databases into a survey and then update information from the survey back into those databases.
  3. Custom Analytics and Reports: 79 percent of respondents are looking for a system that can save hours of employee time by generating analytics and reports that meet the specific needs of their stakeholders.
  4. Actionable Alerts and Notifications: 75 percent of executives are interested in a survey solution that will allow them to set up email alerts based on response information triggers enabling quick response and action to business events.
  5. Automated Report Distribution: 75 percent of respondents expressed a need for automatically generating reports and efficiently providing the data to appropriate individuals and teams.
