Whether it's a question of know-how, a particular feature is not working as expected, or you just need confirmation of your current process, Inquisite Support is available to assist. For many Inquisite customers, the initial inclination is to pick up the phone and call the support line – especially since Inquisite is known for its quick and courteous customer support. However, the answer you are looking for may be waiting for you in our online Self Help, and it's available 24/7.

Here's a recent example. Let's say you are designing a table-filled survey in the Builder, and you just noticed something on one of the Table Editor pages that you hadn't used in previous surveys: the 'Tags' button in the Settings column (see image to the right). Selecting this, you see the option to "Prepend this tag to the table questions in the survey database." What does that mean? Would it be useful in your survey? The answers to these questions may already have been posted for your discovery. Here's how to find them:

To locate our self-help area:

  1. Go to The Inquisite website, www.inquisite.com.
  2. To reach the online Customer Support Portal, glide your mouse over 'Support' and select 'Online Support'.
  3. If this visit is your first time, please request a Portal account by selecting the 'create one now' link.
  4. Log in to the Portal and select the 'Find Solution' tab.
  5. Type a few words in the 'Search for' field, such as "tags" and select the button, 'Find Solutions.'
  6. Select the related solution from the list displayed.

In the event that you cannot find an answer to your question, simply use the email option for Support contact by selecting the Customer Support link found in step 2 above. Below the familiar phone and fax contact numbers you should find and select the link, 'Send Email Inquiry.' This will take you to a pre-addressed Technical Support online form where your question or description of your Inquisite needs can be submitted. You will receive a response within 48 hours. This message form can accommodate attachments such as your troubled survey IQS file, screenshots that illustrate system messages, or documents that support your question.
