Inquisite Survey 9.5 provides an Application Programming Interface (API) and tools for integration with enterprise directory servers, CRM and other systems. Example scripts are included for ActiveDirectory, LDAP, SalesForce, ADP – plus any list that can be exported as a .CSV file. Additionally, scripts can be developed for integration with almost any system containing customers, employees, partners, or any other people you want the ability to easily survey. You'll never have to import a list of customers or employees again before you can invite them to a survey campaign.

For organizations that sample from a regular pool of respondents, such as employees, customers, or members, the new data synchronization feature provides the ability to schedule the updates (add, delete, modify) of all member profiles. For example, with an automated 'push' synchronization from the client server to Inquisite, the update process can happen daily, or at any scheduled time, with set-and-forget ease.
