Avoid SPAM Filtering with Email Sent Through Your Server

The Inquisite Survey 9.5 email relay feature can improve the deliverability of messages by sending them through your organization's mail server. We do the work of generating the message content and hand them off to your server for delivery using Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) relay. The message "envelope" originates from your server, similar to messages you send from your desktop e-mail client such as Microsoft Outlook, and include the specified headers and identification your server typically applies. Now your survey invitations will look like your organization's normal e-mail, protecting against SPAM filtering, ensuring greater deliverability and increasing response rates.

Particularly useful to SaaS customers, this feature allows you to send all Inquisite emails to another third party email server first, then have that server send the actual email to the recipient. The third party could be your corporate server or any number of commercial third parties that specialize in providing high delivery services.
