Healthy Companies International Gives Strong Rating for 360 Project
Healthy Companies International (HCI), a customer for more than five years, has relied on Inquisite Professional Services to deliver mission-critical projects for its clients. HCI is a change consulting company headquartered in Arlington, Virginia. Its mission is to help CEOs and executive teams build healthy, high performance companies. HCI is currently managing a 360 peer rating project for a client company in the midst of a major change process. The client company's new CEO is charged with executing major shifts in the direction of the company, and HCI relies on Inquisite to turnkey the 360 rating project of the senior leadership and management teams. In the company of 20 thousand employees, 80 employees completed a self-rating and were anonymously rated by five peers.
The project was not approved until late 2008 and a quick turnaround was needed. Inquisite was tasked with delivering a turnkey project including the survey build, administration according to rater specifications, hosting, and custom reporting including a reporting portal where the company's leadership team could access reports on demand. Due to the limited amount of time to deliver the project and the amount of customization necessary, several changes were required and the Inquisite Professional Services team was under pressure.
