Inquisite Introduces "Certified Anonymous" Surveys
Turnkey Survey Hosting and Administration Service Protects Identity
The Inquisite Certified Anonymous™ Survey service is a turnkey, hosted survey service for instances in which respondent confidentiality, data security and anonymity are paramount.
Inquisite's core survey product allows customers to deploy anonymous surveys anytime; however, only a third-party, hosted solution can offer respondents the additional level of confidentiality that is sometimes needed. The Inquisite Certified Anonymous Surveys service can prove especially valuable for gathering feedback on leadership and management, enabling safety and occupational hazard reporting, providing an avenue for complaints and whistle blowing, as well as meeting audit and compliance requirements. For these special types of projects, anonymous surveys result in higher response rates and allow for greater honesty and candor, producing more insightful and reliable data.

Organizations need only provide the survey questions. Inquisite will work with the customer to create and refine the survey itself, distribute the survey and follow-up with completion reminders. Survey responses will be reviewed for any identifiable information in open ended text or demographics questions, and any such information will be removed. Multiple reports, including any with non-identifying, predefined filtering or segmentation, are typically available to the customer within 24 to 48 hours.
The Inquisite Certified Anonymous Surveys program is available now. In an initial deployment, a major national retailer that had recently completed an acquisition used the service to conduct an organizational climate survey of new employees. The survey was deployed to 5,000 individuals to gauge how the acquisition affected their jobs, identify concerns and evaluate new management.
