Enhanced Training Now Available

In response to customer feedback and product support requests, we have redesigned our training program to help Inquisite customers maximize the use of their survey software.

There are several ways to attend Inquisite Survey training, depending on the amount of training needed and the number of users from your organization who need training. Our interactive web training has been expanded to three hours and is designed to prepare any new user to start using the software immediately. Classroom training at the Inquisite office in Austin, Texas has been expanded to two days, with an added emphasis on reporting and more in-depth lab work.

According to Inquisite Vice President of Customer Experience Jakob Franzen, "We know that Inquisite is simple enough for the non-technical user to get up and running immediately. But we have found that without the proper on-boarding and training support, some of our customers are not realizing the full potential of the product. We revisited our entire training program to make sure that both new and existing customers are armed with the education and training they need to take advantage of the full power of the software."

Fees now apply for all Inquisite Survey training. For a limited time, current customers can receive discounts on training for individuals or groups. Please contact your account representative to learn more. If your company has several users who need to be trained, it may make more sense to work with us to design a custom training program to be delivered at your location. Custom training lasts from one day to three days and is priced per day.
