Inquisite EPM: New Release October 18
Inquisite continues to refine its Employee Performance Management (EPM) software, launched in early 2007, with the latest release scheduled for October 18. Inquisite EPM™ is a web-based software application that gives HR professionals, business managers, and employees a simple, powerful, and flexible way to conduct the employee appraisal and performance management process. Inquisite helps companies objectively rate employee performance while automating the entire appraisal process. The system is easily customized with appraisal templates to complement your existing appraisal process, and provides a variety of automated processes to make the setup and administration of the employee appraisal process as easy as possible.
Inquisite EPM is also the first system to incorporate survey feedback from customers and employees directly into the appraisal process. By integrating with Inquisite Survey, Inquisite's flagship enterprise feedback application, you can link additional appraisal feedback gained from surveying employees, customers, or business partners directly into the EPM system. In fact, Inquisite was honored for this application last year with a "Human Resource Executive Top Product" award at HRTech 2007.
Using the latest Web technologies, Inquisite's easy-to-use, intuitive interface makes it quick and easy for HR professionals, managers, and employees to use and adopt the system. Inquisite EPM can be implemented either as a hosted product or onsite installation, requiring little or no IT support.
