Client User Requirements
(HR Managers / Performance Advisors / Employees)

• Microsoft Windows XP, 2003, or 2000
• Internet Explorer 6.0 or later web browser
• 1 GHz or higher Intel or compatible processor
• Memory: 512 MB minimum; 1 GB or higher recommended

Web Server Requirements

• Windows 2003 Server SP1
• Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0
• Relay access to SMTP server (for sending system notifications and email invitations)
• 1 GHz or higher Intel or compatible processor
• Memory: 1 GB minimum; 3 GB or higher recommended
• 500 MB free disk space

Application Server Requirements

• Windows 2003 Server SP1
• Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0
• Relay access to SMTP server (for sending system notifications and email invitations)

Database Server Software Requirements

• Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or 2000 (Please refer to the Microsoft website for Microsoft SQL Server requirements)
