James Martin is the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Inquisite, with over 27 years of experience in software, sales, and finance. Jim manages investor relations and assists in corporate strategy and business development. Prior to Inquisite, he managed software development at Advanced Solutions International, a leading global provider of non-profit software. From 1987 to 1991 he was an account manager for Computer Sciences Corporation, a $14 billion provider of software products and services. Before going to CSC, he was employed as an investment banker at Bank of America, managing short term funds for over 60 member banks. Prior to this, Jim was an accountant for the University of Texas. Mr. Martin received a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas and a M.S. in Computer Sciences from Texas State University.

David Jacobson is the Chief Technical Officer at Inquisite, bringing over twenty years of technical experience in the IT software industry. David is responsible for providing high-level technical direction for our company and our clients. His extensive, broad-based technical expertise includes networking, telecommunications, real-time data acquisition, client/server, and Internet software development.

Prior to working with Inquisite, David co-founded and worked as the Chief Technology Officer for over thirteen years at Catapult Systems Corp., a technology company specializing in e-business solutions, custom application development, software integration, and infrastructure solutions. David also held Senior Technical Engineering and Software Development positions at Lockheed Martin, IBM-Tivoli, the Texas A&M Super Computing Center, and the Army TRADOC Experimentation Command (TEXCOM). David has designed and developed a number of critical systems capable of supporting multi-company, wide area network environments, as well as enterprise-scale commercial Intranets and Extranets.

David holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Texas A&M University.

Jakob is Inquisite's first Vice President of Customer Experience. He takes on the newly created position after serving as Inquisite's Vice President of Human Insight Management.

With more than 18 years experience managing enterprise level projects and global teams, as well as consulting for Fortune 500 companies on management and software use and customization, Jakob now leads a Support team that averages greater than 95% customer satisfaction ratings. Prior to Inquisite, he worked for a number of consulting firms implementing ERP systems, leading ERP Support teams, and assisting clients in merging HR Management and technology. His domestic and international HR Management experience crosses a variety of disciplines and sectors including Public, Life Sciences, Electronics Manufacturing, Industrial Contracting, Software and Professional Services.

Jakob holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication from Texas A&M University. He is currently certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources, a Certified Compensation Professional, and a Project Management Professional.

Dave Heard manages the team responsible for the development of the Inquisite Survey and Inquisite Employee Performance Management (EPM) product lines. He has over 10 years of experience designing and developing large enterprise software applications. Prior to his current role at Inquisite, Dave was a senior software developer on the team that designed and developed Inquisite EPM. Prior to working at Inquisite, he was a software developer and architect at Spear Technologies (now Infor) where he helped design and develop enterprise asset maintenance software for the transportation industry. Dave holds a B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and a M.S. from the University of New Mexico.
