I'm trying to place survey questions over an image but the system is bumping down the questions below the image. Is it possible to overlap?

Hi Doan,
did you try the following?
1. From the meny bar on top select "View > Web Properties"
2. Go to the "Layout" tab once the dialog box opens.
3. Select "Allow objects to overlap" option from the screen.
This should work.
